There are two types of shippings for cigars;
1. Registered Mail: Standard registered mail with tracking. It takes longer than 20 days for delivery to destination country.
2. Express Mail Service: Registered express mail with tracking. It takes around 5-20 days for delivery to destination country.
Please note that; “delivery to destination country” states for entry to destination COUNTRY not to the BUYER because we do not have any information about delivery time for local postal service.

DELAYS IN DELIVERY
Delivery times might vary due to local posts in every country and customs procedures.

After 30 days of no-show, we are now able to open an investigation with the Georgian Post to find out what is happening with your packages. If a package cannot be found, we will either replace it or refund your money.
